Weekly Support Group – Wednesdays at 6PM
Every Wednesday at 6:00pm-7:30pm PST
Where: Weekly Via Zoom
Looking for support and connection in a safe space where you can just be—no judgment, no pressure? Our Weekly Support Group is an affirming, inclusive, welcoming therapeutic space for connection, reflection, and real talk. This open-topic, drop-in group invites you to share and connect with others while receiving support and guidance from two compassionate host therapists. This group is accessible to all California residents and meets weekly via Zoom. While there is no cost to join, donations are always welcome and help support Liberation Institute’s mission to provide affordable and accessible therapy to ALL. Come as you are, share as you feel comfortable, and know that support is here for you.
Facilitators:
Collin Webb: (he/they) is committed to supporting humans in general and in whatever ways are needed. He is specifically experienced in working with LGBTQI+, CNM, neurodivergent, and overthinking individuals and couples. He tends to integrate MI, ACT, psychoeducation, and other modalities in therapy, and he has an eclectic background in computer software, technical writing, manufacturing, HVAC, epistemics (Bayesian rational), and classic literature (Eastern and Western). Often practicing and facilitating mindfulness practices, he focuses on: being present with body sensations, mood, and thoughts; self-compassion; and a healthy relationship with ourselves — not taking ourselves to be other than what we are.
Collin is supervised by Miles Avery Ellis Ruttinger, LMFT #133402
—
Evar Restad – (they/them) is committed to supporting gender non-conforming, queer, and neurodivergent individuals through eclectic modalities including IFS, MBCT, and narrative therapy. With a background in film and art, Evar integrates creativity and intuition into their practice, empowering participants to explore their authentic selves and relationships.
Evar is supervised by Lynndal Daniels, LMFT 781837
